Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4491547.

Every week HBC clean up the mess located here in Longbenton Way. Why oh why do they not install CCTV? It would be cheaper than paying for the continual clean ups. Also....... Who is encamped not a stones throw from here whos vehicles carry garden waste as they offer tree cutting services??? Are they licensed to tip????? Where do they Tip their waste??? HBC should go and ask them -if they are brave enough. Not blaming anyone but they all have Irish accents!!
