Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4491344.

White safety bolard was broken and removed over 1 year ago but not replaced. The concrete stump still sticking out of ground. Needs replaced. DANGER TO THE PUBLIC. CHILDREN......
