Dangerous approach to roundabout

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4489526.

The road markings approaching the roundabout are completely worn away. It is impossible for drivers to position their vehicles correctly and likely to lead to accidents.

  • Investigation: Ongoing - Regarding the condition of this section of the road, we can confirm that the defects that meet investigation levels have already been marked for repair on an inspectors report and will be undertaken by the 23rd of September. We hope to attend sooner.

  • Investigation: Completed (Scheduled Maintenance) - Works were originally scheduled to take place last week. However, these were delayed due to clashing works on the nearby A14 undertaken by National Highways. We were unable to book the road space required to carry out this work. Please be assured that we are rescheduling the works to be completed within the next 4 weeks time, but this is dependant on weather/surface conditions.
