Rotted tree has snapped in wind and blocked pathway

  • Some one has snapped it off to make the path passable, does'nt look like its the council done it . but the branches on the nearby trees in the area all need desperate attention as lots of fallen branches and snapped trees and cracked split creaking branches its only a matter of time before they fall especially when windy

  • I now beleive its not the councils land it is MANAGED HHT Halton Housing Trust . hence why its not been sorted
