Dangerous & difficult route for prams/wheelchairs & toddlers

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4486576.
I first reported this to the transport engagement team at Bristol Council and our local councillors on 22nd March, I have been in contact 3 times since, but still not a single change has been made.
If you want to travel from Muller Road (e.g. Aldi) to Ralph Road (e.g. nursery) this is the ONLY available route as the path by the railway is now shut. The tree at the crossing point has pushed up the pavement into a significant cracked mound, which pram wheels get stuck in and I presume this is inaccessible for wheelchair users. This stretch of pavement between ralph the the crossing near Aldi is narrow, flooded, damaged and uneven. Walking with a pram and a toddler to nursery is a difficult and damgerous as it's too tricky and narrow to pursh a pram and hold a toddler's hand.
I have asked that the crossing point be moved to the other side of the tree at the very least. This would allow pedestrians to avoid the obstructive mound caused by tree routes. The central crossing can stay where it is, just move the button and starting point, it's a simple change of about 6 feet, yet absolutely nothing has been done in over a month.
