Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4483341.

Dumped boxes. Residents in flats deny any knowledge. Co-op shop collects their litter daily. Hertford Pantry tell me it is not their litter. Permanently causing unsightly nuisance, worry if vermin blowing about across road at times.
