Hedges overgrown and trailing on road

Hedges are significantly overgrown and now creeping onto the road. This is now causing hazard to cyclist who are having to move out further into the road to avoid these

  • I am writing with the over grown hedge on cullen park and also the holes in the pavement were is a very high traffic cut through.we have elderly people using the cuth through daily and it is not suitable for their walking aids
