Macabre rusty skeleton bike

What could be more degrading or macabre than the rusty remains of the bikes hanging chained to 2 x lamposts. Gone are the pretty, moving white frames with flowers once erected as memorial to 2 tragic cycle deaths( erected many tears ago ) PLEASE remove these spooky ugly grim metal remains
