Rough surface with holes

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4478733.

I cycled down Northampton Road back towards the town, nearly came off due to appalling road surface. Worst bits are where previous (shyte) repairs have broken down. Bad for vehicles, and VERY DANGEROUS for cyclists or (legal) scooter riders. Needs total resurface job. Embarrassing when I bring visitors to my town. Same problem on Rockinham Rd north of old football ground

  • As I cycle or drive down the A6013 towards town - the surface is very rough & bumpy Bad enough in a car - but the bike shakes all over the place - THIS SURFACE IS DANGEROUS and needs a complete redo - patching no good In lots of places your patches are poorly done & quickly degrade making the so-called fix worthless A job needs doing properly - Please sort this stretch of road out - THANKS Clive

  • Coming down Northapmton road towards town is a nightmare on a road push bike. The surface is APPALLING bumpy and dangerous - I've nearly fallen off a few times! It's bad enough in a car and I cannot understand why this isn't fixed. Its a disgrace to the Town When friends visit they always comment on what a crap welcome into Town this is. This road needs resurfacing, not crappy, short lasting patchups Thank you Clive
