Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4475102.

Which low intelligence person granted permission for 3 way temporary traffic lights right next to 2 bus stops and didn't set any parking restrictions? The road is single file at the best of times but now you're either stuck behind a bus using the bus stop and blocking the road or you block the road to get near the traffic lights.
