Huge dangerous pothole

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4472720.

MASSIVE pothole, has sliced a couple of car tyres already. Apparently action was set in JANUARY!?! It's now April and all the council have done is draw a pretty chalk line around it. And leave it. Thanks for nothing, road tax! Saw a car go over it the other day and now their actual WHEEL is dented, as well as a flat tyre.
