Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, drivers go to Red Lion pub, parking their vehicles on the kerb, blocking driveways. If my or neighbours private property space is empty, someone will definitely park and go in the pub. At the moment, if I need to move vehicle urgently, I am obstructed and I can't use move out of my own property.
