Dip in the road by the bollards

Reported in the Road or pavement defect category anonymously at 17:17, Thu 27 February 2014

Sent to Redbridge 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 447021.

The dip in the road where the bollards are, which is obviously used for crossing is quite dangerous. It has been like this for years and I would ask that it be repaired asap please. I am very concerned as my daughter has special needs and my elderly neighbour who is 87 is walking with difficulty using a crutch. I already know of a person who has fallen over (a council officers, as it happens).
