Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4468174.

Vehicles frequently park on the footpath so pedestrians, mobility scooter users and parents or grandparents pushing pushchairs have to walk on the roadway of Hoddesdon Road which is very unsafe. There used to be wooden barriers but these have been smashed down by people parking over them.
