1. There are a series of pot holes on Sandy Lane on the side of the Ford towards Congleton Road.
2. There is a hump in the road about 100 yards from the Ford. It is likely to wrench off the exhaust of a very low slung old sports car.
3. There is water running down the road from what likely to be a blocked inspection tank.
4. The problem has been present for months.
