Road markings now virtually non-existent

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 10:43, Thu 20 April 2023

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4465342.

This junction is close to Greenleaf Primary School and the road markings have totally vanished.

There is also no Give Way sign on either side of Melville Road and as a result vehicles, cyclists largely assume they all have right of way at the junction. I have seen multiple near misses here and have been involved in a few too where those approaching from Melville Road assume they have right of way. The markings have been faded for months and it's extremely dangerous.
