Illegal street racing

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4458350.

Hi in past last weeks we haw bad noise coming from this roundabout lots of cars coming day and night time and they racing drifting making loud noise. Any chance to fit on road surface speed controlling devices or barrier stopping from entry illegal racing please. Thank you
