Pizza deliver drivers using loading bays,and double yellows

I have reported this problem before.

I work for Royal Mail,and collect from the post office at 5:00pm daily.

The delivery bays,and double yellows are constantly been taken up with the same vehicles.

I have tried explaining to the drivers that they shouldn’t be using them,and it makes it so difficult for genuine vehicles trying to drop off/collect from the post office.

Please could someone look at this area from 5pm onwards,I’m sure that a couple of tickets would solve the problem,and they would park more responsibly.

5 cars were lined up on there this evening.
