I've reported this problem on a number of occasions, but it's not been fixed. This is on Norton lane Runcorn WA76PX just before the traffic lights on the left hand side of the road, opposite the Grey and White House. Everytime a vehicle goes over this manhole it causes a loud double thumping sound. Ive had to listen to this day in day out and it's driving me mad. This is a busy road. Is there a possibility of repairing this problem please. I have enclosed photos .
