My friend and I was litter picking 3 weeks ago and I reported this to the council and passed it at lunchtime and nothing has been done,it's very dangerous and needs to be sorted before an accident ,I put a plastic bowl over this drain but noticed that it's probably fallen in by now.Its so dangerous as a child could fall in it or someone's pet.
