Tree planting request outside 1 to 3 Hazelmere Way

A young tree was recently planted on the grass verge outside 1 to 3 Hazelmere Way but the trunk split and it has died.

Can a new tree be planted as a replacement, please?

Would you please inspect the site to remove the remains of the young tree and then arrange for a suitable new tree specimen to be planted in its place.
