Pavement blocked constantly by parked car

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4446411.

Large vehicle blocking most of the pavement, parked half on driveway and half on the pavement. The pavement here is sloped and is awkward to walk on when half is blocked.
