Late on Friday night 14 April neighbours saw male who lives at 832 Carntyne Road Glasgow G32 6NQ park up in Red Kia he drives

Before going in to house he removed quantity of food and dumped it in the blue bin which is sitting on pavement next to their green bin

Neighbours saw birds today Saturday 15 April pecking up spilled food and pecking in at blue bin

Green & Blue bins sit outside on pavement never brought in . Black bags being dumped in to blue bin. Bin full lid not closed. More than likely if each black bag opened part of contents will be food
