Pavement parking aside the overgrown hedge give pedestrians less of a chance to use the path.

Pedestrians forced to walk two car lengths in the middle of the road into oncoming traffic around the blind bend.

Uncovering the entire pavement would give pedestrians a fighting change at walking safely.
