Entry System Not working AGAIN!

Sent to Crawley Borough Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4439506.

When i pick up the phone my end, I just get static and buzzing. That is if it even buzzes up to my flat. I am hearing impaired. This system REALLY sucks for people with hearing impairments, so thanks for that!

Updates

Pick up the receiver and hear nothing but static. All the time it does this, and obviously to my neighbours as well as there are noted all over the place telling people to knock on windows. What a waste of money the system actually is
