This part of the road floods every time it rains, rendering the pavement unusable for pedestrians and the road nearly unusable for vehicles. It has been like this for at least three years. The drains and the gulley are blocked throughout the neighbourhood. We were told a scheme of gulley cleaning / maintenance was being put in place; this has clearly not happened. Please fix.

Still not fixed. And it's only because it's been dry for the last three weeks that it's not flooded. We have banks of dried mud instead.
