Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4439232.

We have lived at number 7 for about 15 years and the surface has got worse year by year previous utility reinstatement works the roadway has sunk and lifted also when the pavements where improved a couple of years ago Highfield road was overlooked which beggars the question is emptying my bins the only benefit we get for paying our council tax
