Redundant 20MPH ZONE signs

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4438951.

At each entry to Fearnley Crescent HAMPTON there are '20MPH ZONE' road signs that are now redundant. Please remove this and other clutter that is no longer required or useful. An examination of all local streets should be made for similar obstructions.
