Parking on Pavement

Please advise the residents of Lapwing Close Bicester NOT to park on the Pavement, partly on the pavement blocking the road for emergency vehicles or blocking peoples driveways! Disgusting selfish behaviour!

  • This is still a very common occurrence in the week, people are parking there cars on lapwing close early in the morning Avoiding paying for parking at the train station, returning in the early evening. It leaves little room for residents
