Dead over hanging tree branches

There are several trees over hanging in the area behind the block of flats on Ogwen Drive where the residents put out their washing. We had an incident happen a couple of years back fortunately nobody was outside at the time but it did damage a washing line and narrowly stopped short of breaking a window at the back of the property. The photos are taken from inside my flat 5 Ogwen Drive.
