As the bus pulled into the stop Tuesday the water cam I’ve the pavement. I was lucky not to get soaked with dirty water. People who are disabled, elderly or very young may not be so lucky. The bus driver could not see the pot hole due to the volume of water covering it.

It’s absolutely ridiculous.
