I previously reported this issue to the council - the report was marked as 'complete' but the litter still hasn't been collected. There's a lot of rubbish that's strewn all over the grass just off the walkway between the Range and Sainsbury's. Crisp wrappers, coffee cups, cans etc etc., I don't understand why people don't just bin their rubbish! It's disgusting and an eyesore and just brings the area down.
