Excessive littering

Access to Sainsbury's via the stairs across from the Range is frequently covered in litter - people sticking litter into the bushes and a growing number of glass beer bottles that seem to be chucked on the slope by the stairs. The area is disgusting with the amount of litter that is accumulating here from people who are apparently unable to dispose of their rubbish in a bin.
