Blocked drain at side of Chester road outside no.95 is causing water and dirt to pool in a poorly repaired section of road outside our house (2 Lostock Hall Rd) and the water and much is then draining on to our property. This has been ongoing for a number of weeks and has been reported it to United Utilities who attended site and confirmed it was not due to a leak but a blocked drain.
