Just ruined our tyre

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4432122.

Was previously reported and patched a week or so ago. Where there is the island in the road and no possible way to avoid. Tyre is hissing and has come off. Is 10:26pm and very rainy with three young children in the car so unable to stop. But will be back out to take photos tomorrow.
