Bad deteroirating road surface at junction

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4431079.

The surface makes going at even 10 mph difficult. It must be lethal for any two-wheeled vehicles, ie bikes, motorcycles etc., very dangerous. It looks like very rough continual patching, which does not solve the problem, just makes it worse.
