Destruction of bank and bollards by pond

The bank alongside the pond has been completely destroyed by what would appear to be heavy machinery. This has caused the bollards to be uprooted along this section. See photo. ADC repaired this bank a few years ago and I am sure Mr Cann would not be best pleased to see the current level of destruction. Also many potholes have developed along the highway in Swillage Lane that are in urgent need of repair making access difficult for the residents.
