Large piece of plastic barrier in the central reservation

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4427911.

There is a large piece of red plastic barrier that is in the central reservation of the A414 on the side going towards Hertford. It was there yesterday and was in the middle of the road and people were swerving. I assumed someone would report it but it was still there this morning, it is still causing cars to swerve but it is not sticking out as much but it needs to be removed so it does not cause a crash.
