Dog fouling

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4427846.

I have cctv of the two men who walk their dogs with one continually fouling. I was going to clear it up as it was outside my house but it is almost human sized and I thought I would vomit You can find the same faeces up and down the street. Think it’s a bull terrier
