Road nearly impassable by bike & v dangerous

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4427121.

Many huge potholes reported many times still needing repair . I cycle to work and it’s absolutely lethal here. You are going to kill someone here if you don’t act fast . When the holes fill with rainwater they are hard to see too. Nearly breaks the bike and my teeth when I hit a hole .

  • Still nothing been done as usual. 3 weeks is a disgrace for such a bad pothole. its impossible to go over this junction without hitting a pothole. sort

  • Thank you for your further comments regarding this issue. Bromley are aware of the significant volume of works raised and outstanding with our contractor and we are continuing to monitor and liaise with them over this outstanding schedule of works. Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.

    Visited site earlier and although most potholes attended to further work required please. See attached. Still a possible risk to cyclists
