Bins and recycling boxes are left permanently on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category by Murrauys Lettings at 15:43, Tue 11 April 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4425626.

Bins and recycling boxes are left permanently on pavement. 79 (shop) sandy park road recently moved these bins outside 81b sandy park road, a tenanted property, causing distress and foul odour into the tenants home. This seems to be a collecting of bins from the flats from 79 sandy park road downwards (flats above shops). (rear lane access) only one of the bins is numbered (79B) whose bin storage that was provided with their tenancy appears to have been seized by the commercial unit (79) commercial bin, leaving both flats in 79 A & B sandy park no other option than to leave them on the road, the other bins are unmarked.
