Drain full of tarmac after the road was resurfaced, also debris being put down into the drain out side 15 moffatt terrace wellingborough

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We can confirm that we have a work order to investigate, clean and test the gully. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.

  • Customer is concerned about heavy rainfall and potential flooding as the drain is awaiting repair. They requested if this can be looked at any earlier if possible please.

  • Ref 4422325 could you please tell me when this drain will be done as this has been going on since 11th April, and am getting concerned about my property getting flooded many thanks.
