This drain/manhole has been broken for months and every time a car goes over it it makes a hideous banging noise. It is outside my bedroom window and causes great distress to me and my newborn baby, waking us up in the night. I have a video of it making the noise and have contacted the council many times but heard nothing back. I would please beg you to do something.
