Bin bags dropped every ~100m along road

Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4420609.

Someone has been throwing full bin bags of waste out onto the road - at least six obstructing the road at several points along Coal Pit Lane between the A48 and the Cefn Mably Arms. Each bag is about 100m away from the next one on the road. Vehicles having to swerve to avoid.
