Multiple cars being stored/ scrap yard

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4403322.

Over the last couple of months, there has been an increasing number of vehicles being stored at this site. The vehicles have also spilt over onto agricultural land. There is approximately over 50 vehicles. The site also appears to be like a scrap yard. Does the site have the correct planning permission to store all the vehicles? Is it a fire hazard next to the railway line?
