Qasioun repeated street clutter

Reported 27th March. Clearly nothing done. 1 week later, a new batch of outsize street clutter. Additional photo shows their historic behaviour.

On top of which, food commercial shrink wrapping etc put into the street bin outside their store and it is full again (I did, of course, request said bin be moved along the street outwith their easy reach over a year ago; council managers decided that was somehow unnecessary and inapropriate. So well done the council managers.)

On top of which, that small ‘stockroom’ store a few doors down is rammed with non-collapsed, empty cardboard stock boxes lying in a mess from floor to ceiling. Is that not a fire hazard to the domestic tenement properties above? And do they actually a) still have a commercial waste removal contract b) is it sufficient for their clearly outsize needs?

This is the last time I raise this on here. If nothing is done this time a formal complaint goes in.
