Lots of Mud on the road

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4395997.

There seems to be a lot of mud, some larger lumps being dropped on the A1184 by construction vehicles. Noticed for the past 2 days now.
