Collapsed, broken and blocked gully

There are multiple problems with the gully at the corner of Crow Road and King Edward lane. (1) The road surface around it has broken - it's got a tyre shredding edge. (2) the drain has collapsed (probably causing problem 1. (3) the gully is blocked making the pavement not passible after rain (unless you want a soaking). It's never functioned properly since it was installed by Lochwynd.

Updates

Thanks for patching the surround of the gully so promptly. The gully is still completely blocked so when it's wet you still can get a drenching from passing vehicles.
