The children's playpark in Holmlea Park is full of littered condoms which have been removed from their wrappers. It's clearly just been teenagers messing about but is grossly inappropriate and not at all the kind of thing that members of the community with improvised PPE should be picking up. This needs to be addressed by professionals at the council ASAP.
