Flooding across the road in front of the Bus Stop in Southington.

Whenever there is the lightest of rain a puddle forms right in front of the bus stop. With all the heavy rain we have had the road has been flooded for almost the whole week. It is impossible to get off the there and as the next bus stop is quite a way away not easy for the elderly people who mainly use that bus stop to get home safely. This situation has been like this for some years now so it would be much appreciated if someone could take a look. Thank you
